Nikolai Rybakov

Biography: Rybakov is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Railway Transport, where he majored in economics. His work experience includes the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg and the lower house of the Russian Parliament, the State Duma. Between 2006 and 2008, Rybakov served on the Municipal Council of St. Petersburg and headed the administration of the city’s municipal district of Grazhdanka. Since 2008, Rybakov has been Executive Director at ERC Bellona.
