  The Bellona Foundation and Bellona-Murmansk are organizing another meeting of the Northwest Russia Renewable Energy Forum this autumn. The Murmansk Oblast Energy Efficiency Center (MOEEC) is cooperating with Bellona on this event and will organize a special working group session devoted to energy efficiency as part of the forum on renewable energy. The conference will take place on September 15-16, 2009 in Murmansk at the Meridian Conference Hotel.
